We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us with your order details (order number and reason for return/exchange)
- Our support team will review your request
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and the return address
- Carefully pack the item and ship it back following the provided instructions
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged for any returns.
